We are glad you found us.  Arveda Alzheimer’s Family Care offers two Alzheimer’s assisted living communities in SW Austin and Buda, TX. Arveda’s memory care facilities are medium-sized secure homes with a secure courtyard, 22 private rooms with half baths, and a silent monitoring system.

Arveda’s certified Alzheimer’s assisted living homes are specifically designed to meet the needs of our dementia residents, from the design of the home and decor, to the state-of-the-art technology that supports a safe environment.  Arveda Alzheimer’s Family Care was the first in Central Texas to install the Vigil Dementia monitoring system.

Arveda means Tree of Life.  The name is a combination of the Latin arbor vitae and the Spanish vida.  As a tree has many branches, Arveda provides many resources to our residents and their families.  We believe that seniors should have a high quality of life, so we strive to provide a high quality of care to the residents who make Arveda their home.

The Branches in Time Activity Program encourages active participation 10 hours daily.  Arveda’s Nurse Manager provides medication management and is the care coordinator between the residents’ physicians and families.  Arveda’s compassionate and caring staff is specially trained in Alzheimer’s disease and how to care for residents with dementia.  Arveda’s staff is committed to treating our residents with dignity and respect while encouraging independence.
