Arveda is the first in Central Texas to install the award-winning Vigil Dementia System in our Alzheimer’s assisted livings.  This state-of-the-art technology helps monitor the residents’ routines, increasing safety and quality of care, while maintaining a home-like environment.  Motion sensors in the rooms and moisture sensors on the beds silently alert Arveda’s care staff to assist the residents.  The Vigil system prevents the confusion of pull-cords and panic buttons and eliminates the distracting noises of alarms and pagers.  Arveda also has security cameras in the lobby, main living areas and the secure courtyard.
